Zavfino Nova Speaker Cable

The Zavfino Nova is a 12 AWG speaker cable using PC-OCC single-crystal copper in a multi-strand Litz construction, combined with an individually insulated silver-coated centre conductor. The design is intended to provide high-current delivery while minimising signal loss and interaction between individual strands.

Its tight-pitch, high-lay stranding is designed for demanding loudspeakers and high-powered amplifiers. The substantial conductor construction provides the current capacity required by larger floor-standing speakers and difficult loads, supporting strong bass control and dynamic performance.

Before assembly, the raw copper undergoes Zavfino’s ultrasonic cleaning process to remove oils, dirt and surface contaminants. Zavfino also states that this treatment pre-conditions the conductor, reducing the extended break-in period normally associated with new cables.

The Nova is supplied with 24K gold-plated 1877Phono locking banana plugs or spade connectors. Standard pairs measure 2 × 2.5 m, with custom lengths and termination options also available.
