ETI Research Coda RCA Connectors

The ETI Research Coda RCA Connector is designed as the next generation of ETI Research’s premium RCA connectors, building on the development of the Silver LINK and the original Bullet concept. Its design places particular emphasis on reducing connector mass while improving protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, helping preserve signal integrity in increasingly complex modern audio systems.

The ETI Research Coda RCA is machined from high-quality, unplated pure silver sourced from a specialist foundry in England. ETI Research specifies the silver at 99.99% purity and provides an assay report confirming its composition. Rather than using silver-plated conductive components, the Coda uses solid pure silver throughout the signal path, providing exceptional conductivity without the need for an intermediate plating layer.

Its low-mass construction is achieved by machining away more silver than is retained in the finished connector. The resulting hollow design uses walls just 0.6 mm thick, reducing unnecessary material while maintaining the strength required for reliable operation. The return pin is hand assembled to provide the durability needed to withstand repeated connection and disconnection over long-term use.

A brass outer housing surrounds the connector assembly, providing effective shielding against EMI and RF interference. By combining 99.99% pure silver, low-mass hollow construction, hand-assembled components and a shielded brass housing, the ETI Research Coda RCA is engineered to provide a highly conductive and carefully controlled connection for high-performance audio systems.
