The ETI Research Kryo Binding Post is engineered for high-current loudspeaker applications where low resistance, low capacitance and secure electrical connections are essential. Its carefully controlled construction combines premium conductive materials with precision machining to provide a high-performance connection suitable for demanding hi-fi systems, loudspeakers and amplifier designs.

The main conductive body is manufactured from Tellurium Copper and silver plated directly onto the copper without an intermediate nickel layer. Its hollow CNC-machined construction is designed to minimise capacitance, inductance and resistance while maintaining the wall thickness required for high-current operation. This approach reduces unnecessary material while preserving the electrical and mechanical performance required of a premium binding post.

Connection quality has also been carefully considered. A concave connection area provides secure contact when terminating bare wire, while the polymer assembly allows additional tightening pressure to be applied when using spade connectors. The design enables spade connections to be firmly secured using finger pressure without requiring excessive tightening force.

A brass outer housing provides additional vibration damping together with EMI and RF noise rejection.
