ETI Research Kryo RCA Connectors

The ETI Research Kryo RCA Connector is a premium development of the original ETI Bullet concept, combining high-conductivity materials with a low-mass signal path and custom brass housing. Designed for demanding hi-fi and professional audio applications, it is engineered to reduce unnecessary signal mass while providing excellent electrical performance, mechanical strength and noise rejection.

The signal pin of the ETI Research Kryo RCA is machined from 1100 Series OCC Copper with a conductivity rating of 102% IACS. Its hollow construction uses 0.6 mm walls and allows soldering at the top of the pin, helping minimise signal loss through the connection. The return pin is manufactured from Tellurium Copper, providing the strength and durability required for repeated connection and disconnection while retaining a low-mass design.

ETI Research’s patented star grounding arrangement further reduces signal mass and is designed to provide a more direct signal path. Silver plating is used on the conductive components to enhance conductivity, while the custom brass housing provides vibration damping together with EMI and RF noise rejection, helping protect the signal from interference generated by processors, switching power supplies and other electronic equipment.

Mechanical reliability is supported by twin strain relief screws, which reduce stress on the cable and terminated connection during use. Combining OCC Copper, Tellurium Copper, silver plating, low-mass construction and effective shielding, the ETI Research Kryo RCA Connector is designed for high-quality interconnects where electrical performance and long-term reliability are equally important.
